Welcome to the UMass Amherst Foundation, the independent, non-profit organization that serves to connect donors with opportunities to advance the exciting mission of the Commonwealth’s flagship university and to support its students, faculty, and staff in learning, growing, and creating a better, more just world.

The UMass Amherst Foundation plays a vital role in supporting UMass Amherst by fundraising on its behalf.  Giving through the Foundation provides donors with many benefits, including maximizing the tax deductibility of their gifts, ensuring they are used in strict accordance with donors' wishes, and protecting donors' privacy and, if they wish, anonymity.
